Return & Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item of your order, and extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your order confirmation or contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Returns

We accept returns for EU customers within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will cover standard return shipping costs where required by EU law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the return process above applies.
